A Spirit-Based Approach To Leaping With Joy Into Your Life’s Biggest Dreams

Randy and Karin together have a 22-year love relationship as friends and life partners. We lived in an intentional community for ten years, developing, co-owning, and sharing property. We've personally made many life changes in careers, lifestyles, and communities; and together earned doctorates in organizational change and leadership. We’ve survived cancer and rowed our own boat down the Grand Canyon. We are creating a retreat center in Mexico and are world travelers that love to explore diverse cultures, sacred sites and art, languages, and natural beauty. We enjoy dancing, water and snow sports, hiking and biking. Spiritual/personal growth and development is always at the forefront in our individual and shared life journeys.

Our biggest dream is that we all remember and learn more about  how completely brilliant, loving, compassionate, creative, courageous and powerful we are as humans all over the world.

Our biggest dream is to make everyone's lives the most wonderful and expansive they can be; allowing one's inner knowing to flourish in powerful and loving relationships, healthy families, businesses, and organizations based in healthy ecosystems.
