My experience of Quantum Leap Coaching-- and the reason I chose to work with Randy and Karin-- involved a deeply and compassionately supported personal process of self-inquiry. This experience was qualitatively different from the formula of goal setting and weekly accountability phone calls I was more familiar with. While my holistic healing practice is successful and writing articles fulfilling, I longed to write something more ambitious and personal. I just wasn't getting to it! What was in my way?
Thinking I needed to rearrange my external life to make room for this project, or make a greater commitment to being fired up to do what would fulfill me more than anything, I discovered the power of my "inner critic."  What a formidable, relentless and often invisible force it can be!
Through QLC, my relationship to the inner critic moved from a concept I'd long known of, to a realization of how deeply it had burrowed into my own consciousness.
